Looking for a quick and nutritious smoothie recipe? This raspberry smoothie, made with our very own Greek yogurt, is full of protein, fibre and vitamins. It also makes for an amazing way to refresh yourself during the hot summer months!
1 banana sliced (frozen or fresh)
1 cup No Whey Yogurt Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
½ tablespoon honey (adjust accordingly to taste)
½ cup milk (any choice of milk)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Add all the ingredients into a blender. Process until the texture is completely smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses and top with chia seeds. It can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to a day.
Serves 2, 236 calories per serving
½ cup orange juice can be optionally added as a source of Vitamin C. You can also use the same recipe to substitute with other berries such as strawberry.
